We’re here to help
At The Good Therapy Group, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to stay active, independent, and able to do the things they love.
For over eight years, we've been helping people across West Sussex recover from surgery, illness and injury with expert physiotherapy and rehabilitation. As a small, friendly team, we provide physiotherapy in people's own homes, care homes and the community, helping people regain strength, restore movement and improve their balance.
Whether you're looking for support for yourself or someone you care about, we'll take the time to listen, understand what matters most, and create a tailored treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Most of the people we work with come to us through recommendations from healthcare professionals, former patients and their families.

Physiotherapy at Home
For some people, physiotherapy is about getting back on their feet after surgery, illness, injury or a hospital stay. For others, it is about maintaining their mobility, confidence and quality of life and continuing to do the things that matter most to them. Whilst many people only need physiotherapy for a short period during their recovery, others benefit from ongoing support to help them stay strong and confident and maintain their mobility.
Everyone’s priorities are different. For some, that may be getting back to gardening, walking the dog or keeping up with the grandchildren. For others, it may be managing the stairs more confidently, walking outdoors again or simply moving around the house more easily. For some people, physiotherapy is focused on recovery. For others, it plays an ongoing role in maintaining movement, comfort and quality of life.

The Better Balance Group
Improve Your Balance. Stay Active. Keep Doing the Things You Love.
Whether you've noticed changes in your balance, want to improve your stability for sport or everyday life, or simply want to stay active and keep doing the things you love, we're here to help.
Everyone begins with a personalised balance assessment with a member of our experienced Physiotherapy and Balance Improvement Team. We'll explain your results and, if you’d find it helpful, show you how they compare with others of a similar age. You’ll also receive some personalised exercises and practical advice to work on at home. If you’d like further support with your balance after your assessment, we’ll be happy to discuss the options available, including the possibility of joining one of our small group Balance Improvement Programs or booking a few one-to-one sessions if you’d prefer.

Care Home Services
Whether you're looking for short-term physiotherapy to help one of your residents recover after a fall, illness, infection or hospital admission, ongoing physiotherapy for residents with longer-term needs, or regular physiotherapy for your care home, we'll work alongside your team to provide exactly what you need.
Focused rehabilitation during respite stays helps people make the most of their time with you and gives them the best possible chance of returning home. If needed, we can continue their rehabilitation after discharge.
Alongside physiotherapy, we also provide regular physiotherapist-led exercise sessions, Balance Improvement & Falls Prevention classes and our popular Mind, Body & Creativity Sessions.
We can become a valued part of your activity program, offering a range of sessions that residents will enjoy, look forward to and genuinely benefit from.
